The Lots Have Been Drawn

Playing football and organizing futsal competition has now become too mainstream. We do it quite often and get injured with bruises on our body which takes time to heal. Time to time gaming and sporting keeps one fit with tight muscle and comfortable body. To be in the field once in a while is not at all a wise idea as the consequences of the game comes out worst with torturing body ache and muscle strain.

Unavailable in the ground for many reasons, we are now into PES competition in our laptop. The best part of PES 13 is that, it is more realistic and original with better graphics than the older versions. It has the attractiveness that interest me to play in laptop just like playing in the ground. Infact, playing in laptop may be easier than playing on pitch, but mental pressure and stresses are excessive. The movement and the control of the game depends on how smart we are and the time we take to decide for the next move.

I won't suggest people who find difficulty in stress management to get into the competition because it will dispirit and make you go fatigue.  Mind gets disturbed and stresses your body which may deteriorate your health. Participation is more important than winning is just a saying and everybody rushes for winning. The urge  to win the bet or competition puts you in a situation whereby anxiety and stress over powers your coolness.

Do anything that our heart longs for, no matter how risky it may be, that's the charm of our life. Today, we are into a football competition in PES 13, the right place to showcase our talent even if it proves futile in the field. We have collected an entry fee of 100 rupees each from the participants which numbers to 15. The competition is absolutely fair and will be conducted without any flaws. The fixture is already drawn  and team  is selected on a fair lucky dip basis.

The entry fee which amounts to 1500/- will be utilized for shopping kitchen stuff. Those who get knocked out from the beginning will be given the task of shopping and preparing the dinner which no one would love  to. Even eating could have been the hardest task if it wasn't necessary for our survival. So everyone will try to be the last man standing in the tournament to avoid kitchen work.

In this way, our PES 13 competition is going to spark out amusement and rigorous excitement among friends with spectacular goals  and sensational display of talents with the joystick. All are excited for this big event and even those who aren't skilled with this game are equally interested to be a part of this event  organized as a get together away from home.

Friends are busy exploring the status of the players of the team they got and studying the team's play. Luckily, I got Arsenal FC which is one of the strongest teams in Europe and the club I am most familiar with on PES 13. Even then, I expect a fierce competition from rest of the participants as they are  damn good at football on and off field. We are just few hours away from this  scintillating order of the day. May the best and most deserving buddy triumph and be rid of kitchen work.

A state of Well Being

Just like we hate to travel through a bumpy road, no one likes to experience a jittery ride in life. People are often saddened by the past aching incidents and stranded, unable to take up any further steps with a fear carved in the heart because of the past experiences. Be it disheartening and intolerable, getting up stronger is all one must always aspire to make a new beginning and a beautiful ending.

Life gives us new lessons everyday and is  ought to come in our way all the time. Determination and boldness are what makes us attain our goals and enthusiasm and  habit is what keeps us going in the quest of our goal. People are kept busy by the so called big life. The enamor of good and joyous moments in rest of our life doesn't come easily without sheer hardwork and some sacrifices.

At times, we must shove aside those very passions that make our life worth living. Happiness is a life long pursuit, but there are times in our life when one has to choose between ones own and that of loved ones. This require utmost strength, courage and in most cases commitment. The serenity to accept each and everything in life be it good or bad is something a wise and smart people have in their veins.

kindness and ability to say NO! is preyed upon by the very people one hopes to keep happy. Being happy is our priority. In certain occasions, happiness may prove exceptionally awful and displeasing to the well wishers as people mistake kindness and generosity as something to gain from. Their action turn into a lust in well wishers' eyes as they are blindfolded by the urge to relish happiness out of materialistic life by sorting into unethical acts.

Even our parents feel the charm of parenthood only when they are able to deliver the needs and wants of their children. A slightest of health problem to their child will panic them, leaving them in a troubled mood. Most of the people keep happiness in their top list. In different walks of life across the country, people yearn for the very word. People at far flung remote villages are more into hard labour in their fields for seasons, guard crops from wild boars and other animals to reap a good yield.

Life in cities and towns are enjoyable only when, happiness is in our way. Office goers are kept engaged with the hectic and mind numbing office works. This is one small action a citizen must render to the country. Of all, the ultimate goal for doing a hard labour under the hot summer sun and torrential rain to the mind numbing job in offices are all towards achieving self contentment and happiness. The satisfaction that we get is the reward which can be labelled as happiness.

One has to overcome hardships, stresses and low points of life. We shouldn't simply take or think anything in a pessimistic side. The love and care that we get from our parents are evergreen and unconditional like a coniferous which never wilts or shades. They are happy when they can feel as well as see the lively faces of their loved ones growing up. Exceptionally, some people are born rude, who never takes charge of the their children. Being a socialized animal, we have got the capability to become wiser and responsible with age which sparks the state of well being.

Weekend with new friends.

Monday is the day that ushers a feeling of intense aversion. After a day or two of rest, we resume and get back to the conventional routine. The fagging feeling and holiday mood still remnant in our mind makes no charm to get back to track. I see, people verbalizing reasons as to why Monday turns out so stuffy and tiresome. They got their own say and I ain't different either.

By the time I woke up from my comfy bed for college, it was almost 11 and then I realized today is Monday. Half of my classes were over by then and two more to be wasted even if I go to college as it takes an hour to reach college from my apartment. I felt a huge load all over me and the attractive force of my bed was much stronger than the earth's gravity which compelled me to laze in bed the whole day.

I have nothing to blame, but to share the relishing weekend that I spent with new friends.  The weekend was a wonderful one for I felt like a free bird realized after being caged for years. A mate of mine arranged a friendly match with our Bhutanese friends at the National Institute Of Technology, Warangal. Every one of us acknowledged his plan. We gave him the go-ahead with his plan and got the green light from our friends in Warangal.

Earnestly, meeting up our fellow citizens on foreign soil makes one's heart fill with utmost joy. This was my first trip out of college. I am a hardcore admirer of European football but haven't been so serious in the ground for years. My talent infield is almost nil, but more than this I am an ardent and enthusiastic supporter.

Our plan to go elsewhere, meet, and make friends popped out during our random talk and turned into reality. It was a good time which would certainly become a good memory in time yet to come. More than anything, I got deeply moved emotionally by their cordial reception. Forgot the fact that I was in a new place as they were too good and jovial as a person and in the heart.

The warmth within me which was an effect of their heartiness and good companionship was immense that I can't put it in words. Our team was of no match to their in-form team and thumped us with 5 goals. This was so little to get dejected or demented because I visited them to make friends and to know each other and  I was successful in doing that.

Two days, which usually seems like weeks while in college just came in like a flash of light. It was a memorable moment that imprinted lots of fond memories in my heart. Of all, I feel overly favored for getting the chance to meet new friends which is something that I desired before going there.

Even the sizzling heat couldn't stop us from posing for the pic. Gone fatigue after the match, but still with a heavy smile.

Timid Heart-Destined To Be A Loner.

Karma was born and nurtured in a beautiful hamlet of eastern Bhutan. Caused to be born as the youngest in the boy's family, he was treated with an excessive favor. Privileged to be the luckiest and the most pampered of the family, he grew up as a village urchin. Being brought up in a big boy's family with four other elder brothers, he enjoyed everything including the emotional help from his elders. He was the mischievous lad of the small village. He frequently troubled his neighbors and the caretaker of the Temple.

Associating with his only friend of the same age Dorji, they made up the perfect match in doing anything that people thought was an inconceivable prank. They had an intimate bonding of good friendship which kept them together throughout their childhood days till high school. It was only after 9th grade that they had to separate as Karma left the prestigious school owing to some unfavorable circumstances. Though apart from one another and miles away, they were in touch through letters.

The act of departure is often seen as more than a melodramatic action. Going away from the dear ones set up an emotional infliction. At home, they relished unconstrained liberty and freedom to lavish upon. Life for Karma was no longer the same. He was ought to be a changed person in the new environment. People around were just his acquaintances. Such a situation obliged him to be mentally fit in the new atmosphere.

It took no time for him to adjust and adapt. Getting out of rustic life posed a challenge to him. Of all, he was barred from doing all sorts of pranks. He got drenched thinking of his ludicrous act which gave him the nostalgic vibe. Befriended a few of the classmates and soon became good friends. During leisure time, friends talked about the girls at their school. Such talks didn't bring any sense of curiosity to him, not even to the slightest point. So did his friends show little interest in talking about the topic to him.

Even in the class, he was so silent. He never uttered a word unless someone came to him and talked to him. To be precise, he was a faint-hearted guy and had no quality to stand out confident and distinctive in front of new classmates. He blushed when his girl mates greeted him. That probably described the difference between the children who are brought up in the town and rural areas. Undeniably, it was one of the stumbling blocks of growing up in a family with a whole bunch of boys.

It is something strange and surprising to see the sudden change from being the boldest and naughtiest to a quiet timid guy. He was the heartthrob of many girls in his new school. Few had the audacity to express their feelings via his friends. As always, he never reacted,  which made the girls feel pessimistic. He lacked conviction, boldness, courage, and remained a loner forever.

Trip To A Dreamland.

I felt so strangled that I yearned for free fall under the influence of nothing. Just as I coveted., I saw myself in the air freely flowing in the mercy of wind direction  Excessively filled with emotions and delightful feeling, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Just in the span of a few mins, I could travel thousands of miles, revisited places, and explored new ones. At one particular instance, I flew over a place where lots of beautiful girls were gearing up for the class.

The place without the possibility of mistake seemed familiar to my eyes. I had to run way back my narrow buffer memory way to check out if it is the same place which I visited before, but couldn't sort it out. Seeing those girls readying with books in their hands, I concluded the place to be a college. The place was well structured with buildings constructed with brick masonry. It appeared like a model college with an implausible outlook and appearance.

I remained suspended in the air as if in defiance of gravity and starred at the girls with my eyes fixed. Far from the corner of the corridor, came a girl which fixated my attention only to her out of many. She was tall, fair, and ravishing. Just couldn't describe the excessive beauty and elegance she possessed. Her resemblance to the Goddess in classical mythology usually depicted as a beautiful maiden was just uncanny.

She soon disappeared into one of the classrooms and vanished out of my sight. The state of supreme happiness persisted within me for quite a time. I could no longer wait for her to return from the class as the sky above me got blanketed with thick clouds and boisterous wind. I just managed to fly over to some other place just before I got soaked in the heavy downpour.

As I was about to revert and retrospect that very moment which was greatly pleasuring, my roommate banged on my door and woke me up. Immediately reached for my watch to see that it was half-past eight.  For so long, I was dreaming and that euphoric feeling stretched my facial muscles. I was in the world of fantasy for quite a long time. Realized that it was a dream and a moment of joy.

Gossip With My Room mate.

It is not only the girls who gossip, we boys often talk over silly as well as important issues. I had a chitchat with my room mate yesterday. We talked about the unveiling of the authenticated FIFA at Changlimithang to the developments in and around Thimphu and lot more. He touched upon the job opportunities for the graduates and asked me if I had anything to say on it as I was at home for vacation.

To be frank, I ain't aware of the total intake announced by the RCSE, but heard there is only one slot for computer science which I shared with him. He remained silent and his eyes clearly reflected  a bit of concerns. He asked me the scopes in private sector which I had to say no as I really don't know the real opportunities in privates and corporations.

I too felt the weight on my shoulder when he came up with the talk on employment opportunities. As a student, to pin down infront of the books is the most monotonous and a heavy task. Some subjects make us to catch some Z's and rest are encrypted which we simply give up. Yet every student aspires to be in organisation, whereby young talents are considered and employed with great pride.

Being a student myself, I do wish of working in a dynamic organisation. When we are students right now, we complain of this trifling student life which we gonna miss it forever after few years from now. People say working life isn't charming and amusing as college life, but I take it as a step ahead in ones life.

Everyone is concerned because of the staggering number of students graduating every year. The limited seats available in the job market has left the graduates idle for years. Our government has adopted various ways to resolve the unemployment issues, which is laudable and worth of million dollar appreciation.

We can fathom the challenges faced by our country with growing population. If only we had multinational companies, the problem could be solved. For the least, it would be beneficial if our private sectors were well established which can lessen the burden.

On other hand, there are reasons for us to smile graciously for being born in the country like a paradise. Everyone lives with utmost happiness, joy and I assume this is what people are actually born for. We never realize the importance of education and remain less pragmatic until we reach the job market where competition is very tough.

Imagine what would be running in the minds of those pursuing Computer Science when the government slots hardly exceeds five. Similarly, thousands of graduates sit for civil service examination for about some three hundred vacancies.

I can foresee the stiff competition that I must face it boldly. The ever changing scenario has contemplated people to think vaguely. People often feel the goose bump all over the body with a fear of remaining jobless. At our level as a young and jubilant heart, everyone has to be innovative and inquisitive in our own ways.

We should rather feel cheerful and thankful to the government for their touch on to the youths. No one should feel dejected with the current state of job market for we firmly believe every problem is solvable in one or other ways. Just like they don't want anyone of us to be left idle, we should also work on our own to help them resolve the unemployment issues was what my friend uttered which was worth taking in.

Welcome 2014

It has been almost a month or two that I haven't opened my blog and updated it. I was away from my college on a month-long vacation which was refreshing. Getting together with family, friends, and close ones imparted me with the vitality and energy for the upcoming semester.

I welcome the new year with new plans, dreams, and most importantly with prayers and good wishes to all the people around. I got no resolutions this time too since finding a solution to my resolution has always been a problem. Even if I had any, I wouldn't have lived up to my words like many other people.

Who knows, 2014 may be an adventurous and tripping year for me. People might have celebrated the special evening with their loved ones and friends around the bonfire or in party halls and at home with heavy brands of liquor and fireworks. For the last few days, I made trips to many new places and eventually reached where I sojourn.

Celebrated new year's eve in a different manner. I saw myself on the train heading for my college. All I heard was the rattling sound of the wheel and whistling of the train which woke me up time and again. The chill midnight wind blowing through the spaces between the shutter and the window frame of the train kept me awake until morning.

I toured the nearby compartments and bogies to see if anyone was awake to greet upon the arrival of 2014. I just saw people catching a sound sleep,  curled up under the blanket. Surely, they might have had the mind to celebrate in a different way than snoring if it was at home. The day-long journey fagged them out to the point of exhaustion putting them into a deep sleep.

It was totally a different experience for me and a unique way of welcoming the new year with the loud honking and rattling sound of the train wheel against the rail track. People often say that if we drink during new year's eve, we land up drinking throughout the year or quite often. If it is the case, I should see a year full of tripping memories and excitement.

Happy New Year
